Sanjiv Chadha brings over 22 years of experience in sales, commercial real estate, and facilitating the development and acquisition of industrial office spaces for multi-national companies.

Sanjiv has always had an entrepreneurial mindset. As the co-founder of Island Star Development in Turks & Caicos Island, Sanjiv has established a reputation for excellence and expertise in the real estate industry. His work in commercial real estate allows him to leverage his skills in negotiating complex deals and managing large-scale projects. Sanjiv ensures that any project he navigates, meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Sanjiv’s current business serves C-level executives and many multi-national companies; this in itself provides the perfect foundation for his partnership with Robert and the launching of Island Star Development.

The University of Ottawa is where Sanjiv earned a 4-year degree from their Business School of Management. Sanjiv also holds a Master’s of Corporate Real Estate from CoreNet Global – a professional global association known for the advancement of real estate professional development.

With Robert’s entrepreneurial background and Sanjiv’s experience in real estate and business, customers of Island Star Development will get an elevated ‘customer-first’ experience.

Sanjiv currently resides in Toronto Canada; however, from the moment he stepped foot on the island 19 years ago, he calls Turks and Caicos his second home.

He is committed to making sure his philanthropic initiatives in Toronto are extended to those that reside in Turks and Caicos Island.

Sanjiv has been married for 19 years and has 4 young children.
